Amazon Favorites

Amazon has become the easiest way to get what we need quickly. I have found a lot of favorite items that I use for cakes and cookies. I will also include things I just want to share, even if it doesn’t involve cookies and cakes.

I love these piping bags. I have not had one of them bust on me.

If you want the easiest way to roll out cookies evenly, this is the way. My cookies bake evenly because of the guide on the rolling pin. I use the thickest ring on the rolling pin because I love a thicker and softer cookie.

This is the best kit to get started. It comes with your basics. I have other brands of gel color, but these are the ones I always come back to.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST meringue powder out there. It gives you an icing that sets up, but you still have a soft bite, unlike other meringue powders..::cough cough:: Wilton ::Cough::.

This is the powder I use to make my fondant stiffer and dry quicker.

Turntables are a necessity when doing cakes. This one is at the very top of my turntable list. Ateco has a good one, too. But, this one is amazing.

Airbrush machines can come in big, bulky forms, or perfect compact ones like this one. I love this airbrush machine because I am able to keep it on my workspace and it doesn’t take up very much space.

This is the perfect beginner camera for taking great photos of your cakes and cookies. The lens it comes with is a zoom lens, so I recommend getting a fixed lens for crisper pictures.

This is the perfect lens for cake and cookie pictures.

It’s important to have assorted sizes of off set spatulas.
